Just had dinner and this is how my week has ended. I’ve not starved nor have I felt deprived. Weighing and measuring everything is a real pain. However, by the time I reach my goal, I will have educated myself enough regarding nutrition and portions so that I’ll never have to weigh and measure again. Small price to pay as far as I’m concerned.
