Getting Stronger Everyday

Went shopping with hubs today and did a lot of walking then came back home and had a very huge, very healthy salad for lunch. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green olives, cooked pinto beans, linseeds and wheat germ swimming in homemade dressing of fat-free yogurt with Mexican seasoning.

  • Calories = 417
  • Fat = 11 grams (omega 3 and 6)
  • Carbs = 57 grams (complex)
  • Protein = 25 grams
  • Fibre = 11 grams

Then hopped on the stationary bike for 10 minutes, Tai Chi for 10 minutes and weights for 5 minutes. Not too very long ago I would not have had the strength to do all this. I’m happy.
